Hyrum does not like wrestling matches – well let me clarify that. He likes being held and passed around, fed and cooed over at the matches. But he does not appreciate it when his semi-normal family all goes insane and begins screaming at the top of their lungs. So he begins to cry too. We started out this month with wrestling fever. Tyler was the only senior on his team and so we cheered him at Senior Night on to Regional Champion and then through quadruple overtime in the Semifinals and finally to the 130 lb 3A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP. On a side note Tyler was just selected for All Stars. Jaydee doesn’t mind a little bit of wrestling especially when we gave her 5 miniature horses to keep her entertained. That girl has quite an imagination and can talk to herself with toys, fingers or rolls of thread. Luckily my cousin came up and took Jaydee to a parade and kept her from suffering through 2 full days of wrestling. While we were in Prescott, we did a little bit of shopping (and got some great deals), swam in the pool and enjoyed our little vacation. Sam has been in meetings after meetings discussing the budget cuts; we are hoping that they won’t cut any teaching jobs, because he is still pretty low on the totem pole. Hyrum loves food and has tried sweet potatoes, green beans, rice cereal, oatmeal, bananas, apple sauce, carrots, squash and anything else that his dear sister has tried to feed him. It still has to be puréed or he gags and chokes and refuses to try it. Jaydee gives advice frequently “Mom, the sun is really sunny.” She is also trying to figure out birthdays, we helped Dallin celebrate his birthday and so Jaydee has been talking about birthdays and how old everyone is all month. Her new thing is she can only eat “free” (3) bites because she is “free old” (3 years old). I turned that around when she wanted M&M’s and only gave her 3, so she didn’t like that as well, so now we do everything in sets of 3. Life is good; it is still fast & furious. I decided to get serious about loosing the baby weight, so I joined the gym, we shall see how that goes.

What gym did you join?
Go Vandee. Man I have some cute nieces and nephews. :) Good thinking with the whole M&M thing. That's pretty good. :) Jaydee is sure a funny little girl. :)
Longevity in Taylor, you can go 24/7 so it is nice to go at night when the kids are in bed.
