So here are the answers for Cora’s questions:

The puppy’s name was originally “Sammy”, it is a girl.  However then Jaydee then decided to call it “Dakota Sammy” and now it is just “Dakota”.  Jaydee has been wanting a puppy for several months.  Sam & I were not sure if we wanted the responsibility of a dog and how a dog would do with Jaydee.  She likes puppies until they start jumping on her.  My dad had one little puppy left and he brought it over for Jaydee.  He told me that if the puppy doesn’t work out he will take it back.  However, so far Dakota is very mellow and Jaydee has been feeding her and watering her by herself.  Jaydee remembers most days on her own and loves to check if Dakota is hungry.  Dakota drops to the ground whenever anyone is near her.  She also stays on her blanket when she is inside.  She can come inside because it had been too cold for Jaydee to go outside.  So we shall see how this works out.  If anyone else would like a puppy, my brother in law has an adorable black puppy left. They had 5 and thought that it wasn’t fair that we took someone else’s puppy and not theirs.  

 

 

And a side note, it is SNOWING!!!  - Where oh where is Spring???  I want to see blossoms and plant flowers….
