Big Lots with Jaydee

Sad - Deedra had to take her little girls to the doctor. Happy news - I got to spend my lunch with Jaydee. I took her to buy a backpack for Preschool. They didn't have much selection but we did get a backpack. Then I let her pick out a toy, she kept choosing and then trading the toy back for a little toy phone. At the end she decided she needed a little backpack (it looks like a purse but it for their lunches). She was really excited. We also grabbed plates for Deedra's twins party. Jaydee helped me get the lime green (for 2 Peas in a Pod) but decided we needed purple ones too. So we may need to have a purple party and use those plates. But for 90 cents for 20 plates, I thought we could splurge. Then we went down the baby aisle and got Jaydee some big girl cups (no lids) and she wanted to get some sippy cups for Deedra's twins. She is picked them out herself and was so cute last night making sure they had their sippy cups!

She also went to wash her new cups in the bathroom sink. By the time I got the camera she was done. I did manage to get the rest in the dishwasher but one she got to drink out of because I couldn't argue with her logic that she had washed it!
